Jeff Lyons has over 40 years of business management experience. Jeff knows the value of a dollar, and he knows it’s time the mayor uses your hard earned tax dollars wisely. He is an experienced problem, solver who created budgets, and even in times of adversity and catastrophe stuck to them. If elected as your mayor, Lyons will: never embarrass you, or talk down to you, and he  will treat your tax dollars as a sacred trust.

Jeff Lyons is a community activist and a fighter for good government. Jeff is involved in the community where he dedicates his time and shares his talents acquired during his 40 years of business management.

Since 2014, Jeff has been a familiar face at Planning & Zoning and City
Council meetings. Jeff has always shared his positions with the public as he addresses the members on the dais on the issues he deemed important to the entire citizenry. His demeanor is always appropriate and respectful.

Jeff currently is a board member of the Ozone Music Education Foundation; agent of record with the Mandeville Family Reunion Hero’s at Home 501c3; Knights of Columbus Council 9240 of Our Lady of the Lake, Mandeville, La. and Lions Club International Mandeville.

Jeff has previously done mission work in Mexico, coached youth sports teams, and is available to Notre Dame Hospice Catholic Charities where he relieves the care givers of the terminally ill. Jeff and his wife Jo, reside in Mandeville ever since they bought their home together in 1998.
